With more people being forced to work from home with inadequate setup’s, ERGO 2 YOU was
created by Dr Craig Sticko after realising so many of his patients had more back and neck problems
when working from home.
Headaches, fatigue, decreased productivity and loss of concentration were all stemming from
incorrect setups at home which prompted our creation.
